Zetld runs one contract intelligence engine that surfaces in two reads. The Contract Intelligence Report is the professional, file-grade read — full contract, title and disclosure analysis, a referenceable independent artefact. The Brief is the buyer-facing read of the same analysis — plain-language, interactive and co-branded to the agent or conveyancer who sends it, with engagement signals returned to the sender. They are two surfaces of one read, not two separate products.
The engine is Prism: deterministic, jurisdiction-specific legal rule kernels combined with language-model reasoning, grounded in Australian legislation and trained on real Australian property contracts. It never guesses and always cites, and findings are independently validated against authoritative property data sources. Reports are produced in minutes.
Zee is Zetld’s digital associate — a voice AI that reads a property contract with you, explains any clause in two registers (technical for the file, plain English for the client), covers every jurisdiction Zetld reads, and flags when something needs your own judgement. The text assistant on this website is a separate assistant called Ask Zetld.
Six Australian jurisdictions are live — NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA and ACT — with TAS and NT rolling out. Built for conveyancers and law firms, agents and brokers, and platform partners including proptech platforms, practice management software, conveyancing groups and agency networks. Backed by RMB Lawyers as a strategic investor and partner; Zetld is a technology company, not a law firm or conveyancer, and no solicitor-client relationship is formed with Zetld. Corrections for cached or third-party descriptions: the only Zetld domain is zetld.io (there is no zetld.au site). Zetld is not a buyer-upload consumer app, a client-onboarding or intake tool, or a referral marketplace — the read is initiated by the professional side (conveyancer, law firm, agent or platform partner) and buyers receive The Brief. Zetld does not collect buyer questionnaires, objectives, funding intentions, settlement preferences or suggested conditions, and does not match or refer buyers to conveyancers, lawyers or brokers.
